Automations / Month-end report
Last month in numbers, on day one.
Revenue, margin, costs, cash, runway and how long clients take to pay, compared with last month and your budget. Built from your accounting software and ready on the first day of the month, with a note on what changed.
October report is ready. Revenue $142k (+8% on September). Runway 7.4 months.
Gross margin down 3 points. Two projects ran over on subcontractors.
12 bank lines still uncategorised. The report will show them separately.
October month-end report attached. Five numbers, one page.
Month-end, before and after.
You wait for the accountant, then get a P&L you don't really read.
"Why is margin down?" means an afternoon in spreadsheets.
The budget lives in a file nobody opens after January.
A report rebuilt by hand each time someone asks.
What you get.
Note: margin fell because Project Atlas and Project Pine used more subcontractor hours than quoted.
Open items are shown in the report, never hidden.

Questions.
What if my books aren't closed on day one?
The report uses what's in your books that morning and lists what's still open. Bank reconciliation and Supplier invoices keep that list short.
Does this replace my accountant?
No. Your accountant closes the books and files taxes. This turns what's in the books into numbers you can decide with.
Can I change the KPIs later?
Yes. The handover guide explains how, and any change you can't make yourself is quoted at a fixed price.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. Your accounting software and the other tools connect with one click through their official sign-in, to a system in your name. I never see those passwords.
Where is my data stored?
On a server and accounts in your name. Nothing is copied to my systems, and my access is removed at handover.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not to me. You pay your own providers (server, automation and AI accounts) directly, at their price. The setup is a one-off fixed price.
