Questions.
Why 13 weeks?
It's long enough to see a problem coming and short enough to be built from real invoices and bills instead of guesses. Lenders and investors use the same horizon.
What if my books aren't up to date?
The forecast is only as good as the ledger. Before building it I check what's missing and tell you. Supplier invoices and Bank reconciliation can keep it current.
Can I add my own scenarios?
Yes. A new hire, a large purchase or a client leaving can be added as scenarios you switch on and off.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. Your accounting software and the other tools connect with one click through their official sign-in, to a system in your name. I never see those passwords.
Where is my data stored?
On a server and accounts in your name. Nothing is copied to my systems, and my access is removed at handover.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not to me. You pay your own providers (server, automation and AI accounts) directly, at their price. The setup is a one-off fixed price.
