Automations / Bank reconciliation

Your bank feed, matched before you open it.

Every morning, bank movements are matched to the right invoice or bill and categorised with the rules you agree. You review a short list of suggestions, not a pile of transactions.

What you'll need.

  • QuickBooks Online, Xero or OdooWith the bank feed connected.

  • Three months of bank historyAlready in your accounting software.
  • About two hours of your timeSpread over two weeks.

Questions.

Will it post things to my books without asking?

Only what follows a rule you agreed. Everything else comes to your review list first.

My accounting software already suggests matches. What's different?

Its suggestions still need clicking line by line. This applies your rules, handles partial and grouped payments, and leaves you only the exceptions.

Does my bookkeeper still have a job?

Yes, a better one. They review exceptions instead of matching lines.

Do I have to give you my passwords?

No. Your accounting software and the other tools connect with one click through their official sign-in, to a system in your name. I never see those passwords.

Where is my data stored?

On a server and accounts in your name. Nothing is copied to my systems, and my access is removed at handover.

Is there a monthly fee?

Not to me. You pay your own providers (server, automation and AI accounts) directly, at their price. The setup is a one-off fixed price.
