Terms of service

These terms apply to finance automation projects provided by Fàtima Temsamani Fernández through getfinaptico.com. Each project is also governed by its written quote; if the two differ, the quote prevails.

Quote and price

Prices on the website are starting prices. Before any work begins you receive a written quote with the scope, timing and a fixed price. The price does not change unless you ask for a change of scope, which is quoted separately in writing.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in each quote. Work starts once the quote is accepted and the agreed payment is received. Prices for clients outside Spain are stated in US dollars; prices for clients in Spain are stated in euros, plus VAT where applicable.

Your infrastructure

The automations run on a server and accounts that you open in your own name (server, automation tools, AI and dashboard). Their fees are billed to you directly by their providers and are not included in the price. Your accounting software and messaging tools are connected through their official sign-in; you never need to share passwords with me.

Delivery, tuning and handover

Delivery times in each quote and on this website count from the day your server and accounts are open and connected, and the information requested in the quote has been provided. Any delay in creating your accounts, connecting your tools, providing information or approving texts and settings extends the delivery time by the same period, and is not a breach on my part.

Each quote includes thirty days of tuning with your real data after go-live. At handover you receive a short guide explaining what runs, when and how to change it, and my access is removed. There is no subscription: the system keeps running on your accounts without me.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for opening and paying for your own server and accounts, for connecting your tools, and for providing the information and approvals the project needs on time. You are also responsible for keeping your accounts active, for keeping your accounting software up to date, for the accuracy of the data in it, and for the decisions you make based on the reports and alerts. The automations work with the data in your systems: if your books are incomplete or out of date, the reports, forecasts and alerts will reflect that. Bringing your books up to date is not included in any price unless the quote says so.

The automations support your financial management; they are not tax, legal or investment advice.

Liability

My total liability for a project is limited to the price paid for that project, except where the law does not allow such a limit. I am not liable for outages or changes made by third-party providers.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless consumer law sets a different jurisdiction.
