Privacy policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Who is responsible
What data I collect
- Quote form: your name, work email, company website, accounting software and the problem you select.
- Emails you send me: whatever you choose to include.
- Website analytics: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics without cookies and without identifying you.
I do not collect financial data through this website.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To deliver the service if you hire it: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To keep invoices and accounting records: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
I do not send newsletters or marketing unless you ask for them, and I do not sell or rent your data.
How long I keep it
Quote requests that don't become a project are deleted after 12 months. Data linked to a contract is kept for as long as the contract lasts and then for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
Who else processes it
Only the providers needed to run this website and my email: website hosting, email (Google Workspace) and cookieless analytics (Cloudflare). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your clients' data in a project
The automations I build run on servers and accounts in your name. I don't host, store or copy your financial data. While I build and tune the system I may have temporary access to your server; that access is removed at handover. Each quote includes a data processing clause that sets out these terms in writing.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to fatima@getfinaptico.com. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
