Automations / Alerts

Hear about it when it matters. Not at month-end.

A short message in Slack, Teams or email when your balance gets low, a big client is late or a payment looks unusual. You set the thresholds. When nothing is wrong, you hear nothing.

What you'll need.

  • QuickBooks Online, Xero or OdooWith the bank feed connected.
  • A server and accounts in your nameFor the automation tools. You pay the providers directly, at their price.
  • Slack, Teams or an email addressWhere alerts should arrive.
  • About an hour and a half of your timeSpread over two weeks.

I don't host or keep your data. My access is temporary and removed at handover.

Works well with.

Questions.

Won't I get too many messages?

No, that's what the thirty days of tuning are for. If an alert fires and you don't act on it, the threshold is wrong and we change it.

Does the low-balance alert only look at today?

It looks ahead at the bills, payroll and invoices already in your books. For a full view of the weeks ahead, see the 13-week forecast.

Can my team receive some alerts and not others?

Yes. Each alert can go to a different channel or person.

Do I have to give you my passwords?

No. Your accounting software and the other tools connect with one click through their official sign-in, to a system in your name. I never see those passwords.

Where is my data stored?

On a server and accounts in your name. Nothing is copied to my systems, and my access is removed at handover.

Is there a monthly fee?

Not to me. You pay your own providers (server, automation and AI accounts) directly, at their price. The setup is a one-off fixed price.
