Automations / Collections
Overdue invoices, chased politely. Without you.
Every overdue invoice gets a reminder on the days you choose, from your own email and in your wording. It checks your accounting software every morning and stops the moment the client pays.

Chasing payments, before and after.
You notice late payers when the bank looks thin, then go through the list by hand.
Awkward messages written one by one, and some never sent because it feels uncomfortable.
You check the bank before writing, so you don't chase someone who already paid.
Hours a month, and the feeling of always being behind.
What you get.
Paid in your ledger = no more reminders. Nobody gets chased for an invoice they already paid.
Try it: switch off a client and their reminders stop until you turn them back on.
How it gets built.

Questions.
Who sends the reminders to my clients?
The system sends them from your own email, in your wording, on the days you choose. You approve the text once before anything goes out.
What if a client has already paid but it isn't in the books yet?
The reminder only goes out if the invoice is still open in your accounting software that morning. Keeping payments up to date is what makes it accurate, and Bank reconciliation can do that part too.
Can I stop it for one client?
Yes. Any client can be paused with one click and turned back on later.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. Your accounting software and the other tools connect with one click through their official sign-in, to a system in your name. I never see those passwords.
Where is my data stored?
On a server and accounts in your name. Nothing is copied to my systems, and my access is removed at handover.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not to me. You pay your own providers (server, automation and AI accounts) directly, at their price. The setup is a one-off fixed price.
